New Patients
We are accepting new patients!
We are currently accepting new patients from birth through 18 years of age.
How to Enroll:
Step 1
Call our office to verify that we participate with your child’s insurance plan. Please have your insurance information readily available. Once verified, you can enroll and schedule your child’s next well visit appointment.
Step 2
Request previous medical records from your current physician's office.
Step 3
Download and print New Patient Registration forms on our form page. You may either bring them with you to the first visit, or if you wish, fax them to us at 855-538-1737 before your appointment. Record transfers can take time to process, so make sure to bring a copy of your child’s vaccine record to your first visit with us.
Step 4
Once you have enrolled, we will be able to see your child for a same-day sick visit if one is needed before your child’s first new patient well visit.

Expecting a baby? :)
How to enroll:
Step 1
Call our office so we can verify that we participate with the insurance plan your
baby will be under.
If you are expecting a baby, we would love to meet with you in the office or
schedule a phone call to answer any of your questions. Please let our office staff
know if you are interested in scheduling.
Step 2
Pre-register with our office: parent information, baby’s due date, and hospital
where baby will be born.
Step 3
When the happy day has arrived, let the hospital staff know that you have chosen
us as your pediatrician.
- If delivering at Chester County Hospital, one of our physicians will see your baby in the hospital. We will schedule the first newborn office appointment for you before discharge from the hospital
- If delivering at any other hospital, the hospital pediatrician will see your baby after delivery, and you can call us the day before discharge so that we can schedule your first newborn office appointment 24-48 hours after discharge.
Step 4
Contact your human resources department or member services at your
insurance company to inform them that you have a new baby. Most insurance
companies require that this be done within the first 30 days of life, so the sooner
you notify them, the easier the insurance addition process will be.
